I am a Six Sigma Master
Black Belt /Project Manager with 3 plus years of managing a 7 person
Six Sigma team, which included four Black Belts and three Green
Belts. The team
realized improvements in Payroll, Manufacturing, Service, Logistics,
Customer Service, and Engineering and making continuous improvement
of Service CRM implementation, defining setup, policies, and
procedures. Maintained budgets by reducing obsolete spare parts
inventory by over $1.5M, and incorporated process improvements to
control inventory. Designed, tested, and implemented Lotus Notes
based time card database system to track activities and payroll
information for Field Service Organization reducing an annual cost
of more than $50K.
I am seeking a
position that I can apply my knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies,
Quality Auditing, Project Management, Information Technology, and
diverse supporting skill sets. My role as a Six Sigma Master Black
Belt in an ISO 9002 Certified organization, seven years experience
as a Project Manager, and certification as a Quality Auditor give me
the background necessary to be considered an excellent
candidate.
During my
fourteen-year tenure in the Gretag Imaging Service Organization, I
was charged with meeting and/or exceeding customer expectations in
many different facets of the business. These years of experience
included providing technical support for both customers and
technicians, which evolved into other positions including the
development of a Service Contract Review Board. These other positions
required additional skill sets and training in order to properly
realize the growing needs of the customer. To fulfill customer
expectations for more complex issues, Project Management and Six
Sigma methodologies were essential.
In the Master Black Belt role, I headed the corporate Six
Sigma Program and facilitated the activities of a cross-functional
Six Sigma team. The accumulative years of experience have developed
my ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, while
exceeding expectations and increasing customer satisfaction. Each project also required
reducing overhead cost and relative time spent on each task upon
completion.
